On May 10, 2023, Katie was Born to Eternal Life at the age of 42. Katie was the loving wife of Jonathan “Jon” for 19 years. Devoted Mom of her dear “Ginger Cubs,” Connor (age 10) and Olivia (age 9).
Katie is the cherished daughter of Stephen and Vicky Neese and daughter-in-law of Terri Gregersen (Jackie Purdue) and Roy (Lynn) Gregersen. Loving sister and friend of Holly (Chad) Hohner. Dear sister-in-law of Dan (Cassie) Gregersen. Wonderful niece of Steve (Sharon Rose) Fringer, Beth (Bill) Alveshire, and Jane Neese. Special cousin of Jessica (Kirk) Frankovich and Joel Fringer. Beloved aunt of Cameron and Charlotte Gregersen.
Predeceased by her adoring grandparents, Robert and Dorothy Fringer and Dale and Betty Neese.
Katie was loved and will be remembered by many close friends, other relatives, neighbors, co-workers, and especially the family dog, Harley.
Katie will always be remembered for her warmth, loyalty, generosity, and her beautiful smile. She was incredibly humorous and enjoyed posting the family’s matching holiday outfits on social media. We will miss Katie’s social media posts from The Big Kid Rescue and the school pick-up line.
Please join Katie’s family in celebrating her life on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at 11am. First Congregational United Church of Christ, 615 South Concord Road, Oconomowoc, WI 53066
We know Katie has touched so many lives during her short one, and she leaves behind the greatest legacy in her children. Please consider donating to support The Gregersen Family during this time, along with any of Connor and Liv's future needs (e.g., higher education).
