Warren Briggs Plummer, Jr., "Junior," passed gracefully at home in Shorewood on Tuesday November 14, 2023. Born on June 15,1957, in Winneconne, and raised on his family's farm there, Warren served in the Navy 1974-76, later attending U.W. Oshkosh, and graduated with a B.S. in Biology at U.W. Milwaukee in 1994. A talented artist and craftsman, in 2003 he launched his own business in Milwaukee called W. Briggs Home Improvement. Survived by his husband Neal, family members, and many friends. Respecting last wishes no service is planned; donations to MADACC in lieu of flowers or gifts were welcome and appreciated.
